Once the form is complete, your site is scheduled, your 3 AI employees are ready for onboarding, and kickoff begins within 1 working day. If you haven't paid yet, fill the form first — WKH will WhatsApp you to confirm once it's received. Payment options are HKD 3,000 deposit or HKD 6,000 in full, both processed securely via Stripe.

How long does the onboarding form take to fill in?

The form takes around 10 minutes and is split into 3 parts: confirming expectations with 4 quick acknowledgements, handing over your company materials and brand assets, and setting preferences for your 3 employees — covering the questions you want AI to find you for, your preferred auto-reply tone, and your maintenance window.

What exactly is included in the HKD 6,000 plan?

Accepted Answer

The plan covers a 3-page website (Home, About Us, and a Plan page with lead form) plus 3 AI employees that onboard with you: one to get you found, one to capture your enquiries, and one to keep your site standing. Hosting, SSL, and CDN are included. Domain and photography are not included. Any changes after launch are handled the same day.

What materials do I need to prepare before starting?

You'll need a company intro of 3 to 5 sentences, a services or price list in bullet points, your brand assets such as logo, colours, and fonts, any public case studies or testimonials, your customers' most-asked questions, your WhatsApp number, and your Google Business Profile status. Existing website URL is optional but helpful.

What is the free check-up and what does it cover?

The free check-up is a review WKH runs before any build begins. It looks at three areas: design, lead capture, and AI search visibility. After the review, WKH tells you which area is most worth fixing first. It's built into the welcome and onboarding process so you start with a clear picture of where to focus.
